Privacy Policy
Last updated September 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Advanced Longevity Partners (“ALP,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with the public marketing website at advancedlongevitypartners.com (the “Site”). Clinical care, intake, prescribing, and patient portals may be operated through VirtualClinicOS or other partners under separate notices.
1. Scope
This policy covers the marketing Site only. We do not intentionally collect protected health information (PHI) on static marketing pages. If you begin a consultation, clinical intake occurs on the intake / portal environment linked from Start consultation, which may have its own privacy practices.
2. Information we may collect
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP, typically via hosting, CDN, or analytics providers.
- Contact data — if you email us or submit a non-clinical form we enable later (name, email, message).
- Cookie / similar tech — essential cookies for security and preference; analytics only if enabled and configured in a privacy-aware manner.
3. How we use information
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site
- Respond to inquiries you send us
- Measure aggregate traffic and performance
- Comply with law and enforce our terms
We do not sell personal information.
4. Sharing
We may share information with service providers who host the Site, provide analytics, or support operations, under contractual confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
5. Retention
We retain Site logs and inquiry records only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify them where practical.
6. Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of contact information you sent us, subject to legal exceptions. Browser controls can limit cookies; blocking essential cookies may affect Site function.
7. Children
The Site is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
9. Contact
Privacy questions about the marketing Site: use the contact channels provided on the Site or via your VirtualClinicOS onboarding team until a public support email is published.
These pages are educational disclosures for the marketing site. They are not a substitute for attorney-reviewed policies. Counsel should finalize language before public launch and LegitScript review.
