Telehealth notice
Last updated September 6, 2026
Advanced Longevity Partners describes physician-directed telehealth pathways for longevity, hormones, metabolic health, peptides (where appropriate), and performance. Please read this notice before starting a consultation.
1. Not for emergencies
Telehealth is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency — including chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe allergic reaction, uncontrolled bleeding, suicidal ideation, or any life-threatening condition — call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. Do not wait for a telehealth response.
2. How care works
- You begin with goals and history via intake (VirtualClinicOS or linked patient flow).
- Labs may be ordered or reviewed so a licensed clinician can evaluate whether a protocol is appropriate.
- Medications are prescribed only when clinically appropriate and fulfilled through licensed U.S. partner pharmacies.
- Follow-up and titration may occur over time as your biology and goals change.
Details: How it works.
3. Licensure & availability
Services are available where clinicians are licensed and where platform, pharmacy, and state requirements allow. Availability may change. We do not guarantee service in every U.S. state at launch.
4. Technology & limitations
Telehealth relies on internet connectivity, accurate information you provide, and appropriate clinical judgment. Some conditions require in-person evaluation. Clinicians may decline to prescribe or may refer you to other care.
5. Privacy of clinical data
Clinical intake and charts are handled in the care platform environment, not on static marketing pages. See our Privacy Policy for Site-level practices and review the intake / portal notices when you continue to consultation.
6. No outcome promises
Individual results vary. Nothing on the Site or in telehealth marketing guarantees weight change, hormone levels, longevity outcomes, or performance improvements.
7. Related disclosures
These pages are educational disclosures for the marketing site. They are not a substitute for attorney-reviewed policies. Counsel should finalize language before public launch and LegitScript review.
