Terms of use
Last updated September 6, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to the Advanced Longevity Partners marketing website (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Educational information only
Content on the Site is for general educational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use of this Site does not create a doctor–patient relationship. A clinical relationship begins only after you complete intake and are evaluated by a licensed clinician.
2. No guarantees
We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any protocol, medication, or lifestyle change discussed on the Site. Individual results vary. Availability of therapies depends on clinical evaluation, pharmacy, state law, and platform requirements.
3. Telehealth & emergencies
Telehealth services described on the Site are not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. See our Telehealth notice.
4. Compounded medications
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; FDA-approved alternatives may exist. See our Pharmacy & compounding page.
5. Intellectual property
Site text, design, logos, and other materials are owned by Advanced Longevity Partners or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute Site content for commercial use without prior written permission.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the Site
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading content
- Do not misuse intake links or impersonate others
7. Third-party services
Links to VirtualClinicOS intake, pharmacies, labs, or other partners are provided for convenience. Their terms and privacy practices apply to those services.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALP AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ALP’s operating entity is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply. Venue and entity details will be confirmed at launch.
10. Changes
We may revise these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted.
11. Contact
Questions about these Terms: use published Site contact channels or your VirtualClinicOS onboarding contacts until a public support address is live.
These pages are educational disclosures for the marketing site. They are not a substitute for attorney-reviewed policies. Counsel should finalize language before public launch and LegitScript review.
