When a licensed clinician determines that medication is appropriate, prescriptions associated with Advanced Longevity Partners pathways may be fulfilled by licensed U.S. partner pharmacies, including compounding pharmacies where clinically and legally appropriate.

1. Compounded medications

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. FDA-approved alternatives may exist. Compounding is performed by licensed pharmacies pursuant to a valid prescription for an individual patient, subject to federal and state law.

2. Physician-directed only

Medications are prescribed only after clinical evaluation when appropriate. The Site does not offer a marketplace checkout for prescription drugs. Product lists on protocol pages are illustrative pathways — not guarantees of availability.

3. Partner pharmacies

Fulfillment partners are selected for licensure and operational fit with the care platform. Pharmacy choice may vary by medication, state, and platform requirements. Shipping is typically discreet; timing depends on the pharmacy and destination.

4. Investigational & restricted items

Certain compounds discussed in longevity communities are investigational or otherwise restricted. Advanced Longevity Partners does not market investigational compounds as available products on this Site. Public catalog decisions follow clinical, pharmacy, state, and LegitScript / platform requirements.

5. Risks & counseling

All medications carry risks and side effects. Your clinician will discuss benefits, risks, alternatives, and monitoring. Follow pharmacy labeling and clinician instructions. Report adverse events as directed.

6. LegitScript

LegitScript certification status for relevant programs will be reflected in the Site footer when approved (“LegitScript — pending” until then).
